Hemen Lohana

Hemen’s 20+ years career spans industry leading Telecom companies with AT&T, Idea Cellular, Tata Communications, MTS,Hospitality and Service industry with The Taj Blue Diamond, Pune and Span Aviation. He later went on to founding, his own startup in 2011 – REFLEX Quotient which is a Behavioral and Combat Science Learning startup, thru which he addresses the need of Functional Fitness & Personal Protection among working professionals especially women, conducting training workshops and seminars across India.

Hemen’s role in REFLEX QUOTIENT and KIAI as Coach & Director Business Operations allows him to facilitate Life Skills programs on Personal Protection, Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace, Martial Science, Conflict Management, Communication Skills and other Leadership empowerment programs for Educational Institutions & Corporates across India.

Hemen is a 5th Degree Black Belt in Isshin Ryu style Karate.He has been practicing Karate and Kobudo since 1998. As a part of his Personal achievements he has competed and won innumerable National level Tournaments. Hemen has also represented India in following World Championships Tournaments:

Millennium 2000 World Cup of Martial Arts, Sydney, Australia – 1st place in
Karate and 3rd place in Kobudo.
OIKKA Hall of Fame Tournament 2003, PA, USA- 1st place Karate, 1st place Kobudo.
1st Okinawan Karate International Tournament 2018, Japan

He has been working with some of the top corporates in the industry like Vodafone, Synechron, TCS, Cognizant, KPIT, Persistent, L&T Infotech, Eaton, Emerson, Atos – Syntel, Cipla, Johnson & Johnson, Citi, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Bisleri, Dana Spicer, The O Hotel and many more. He has facilitated Seminars for various Educational institutions like KLE Group(Karnataka), Symbiosis Lavale Campus, FLAME, MIT Pune, Suryadatta, Loyola High School & Jr. College,Gurukul School etc.
